FAQ
What if I’ve never danced before?
You do NOT need ANY dance experience to attend these classes. All classes are open level which means, there is modifications available and different options to choose from when it comes to learning the choreography. Does not matter if you have two left feet or have been dancing for years, this class format is for EVERYBODY!
What kind of shoe do I need for Heels Classes?
We recommend heels that are 2-4.5” tall. Anything higher can risk injury. Heels are also optional for any class.
Sneakers are always welcomed!

What do we do in class?
In every class you will do a warm up, learn technique, and choreography (song and choreo change every class). At the end of every class there is an option to be filmed. Footage is completely optional but strongly encouraged, to watch your dance journey!
